From 6 April 2010, employees across Great Britain will have the new right to request 'time to train'. This will then be extended to cover employees in all businesses from 6 April 2011.
The request may include accredited programmes leading to a qualification, or unaccredited training which will help develop specific skills relevant to the job.
This can provide the ideal opportunity to gain a new certification with Firebrand. In the meantime, why not use the Easter Bank Holiday weekend to gain a professional certification, without spending valuable time away from the office?
