Are you attending the Microsoft Management Summit (MMS 2012), taking place in Las Vegas, Nevada in April 16-20? If so, Microsoft is offering beta version of exams for Private Cloud Certification. A passing score counts towards the Private Cloud certification. Beta exams are limited, but are free of charge for registered MMS attendees.
