RHCE is a Linux Red Hat Enterprise certification. It validates that the professional has the skills and knowledge to perform the responsibilities of a senior system administrator and is accountable for Red Hat systems. Linux is becoming increasingly popular and is being used by more and more companies due to its low operating costs. The demand for these professionals has already surpassed those that exist, making it the first to be on our list of THE FIREBRAND 12 and one of the most promising certifications in Linux. In order to gain this certification you must have an RHCSA certification.

The VCP certification is VMware's entry level certification which is heavily based on the vSphere virtualization platform. Students gaining this certification will have the skills to install, deploy, scale and manage vSphere environments, as well as general virtualization skills. Virtualization is widely used in today's IT world and now with cloud computing virtualization, it will become even more popular and common.  Due to this, we believe it will be a skillset that will be high in demand over the next few years making it clear to be in our list of top 12 certifications.

3.     Oracle 11g

Every company has a database if not several, and it is crucial for its operations. This is what makes Oracle certified professionals the most in demand. The Oracle 11g certification demonstrates that the technician has established a strong foundation and has strong expertise in Oracle 9i Database techniques, including backup and recovery, performance tuning and administration.
