Chart of the day: Apple is No. 2 after Amazon in online retail: "According to a report in the Wall Street Journal, Apple’s online retail business has passed Staples’ SPLS 0.87% and Wal-Mart’s WMT -0.80% digital efforts to occupy a (distant) No. 2 spot after Amazon AMZN -0.38% ."



'A 24% increase to $18.3 billion last year put it ahead of Staples and Wal-Mart.. In fact  Apples App Store Billings exceeded Hollywod Box Office Revenues .
