Voice control in CRM
Microsoft has integrated Cortana, their virtual voice-controlled assistant, in Dynamics CRM 2015.
As a result, you’ll now be able to schedule meetings and search contacts, accounts and activities with voice activated instructions. Cortana will also fix customer lists and create new customers. Plus, manage it all from your smartphone or tablet.
Better integration
Dynamics CRM 2015 extends Outlook integration, allowing you to you synchronize tasks and other data faster.
Lync integration is also included with an improved the 'click to call' feature and the ability to hold webinars.
