- Facebook accounted for 81% of content shared to social networks, trailed distantly by Pinterest (7%) and Twitter (6%),
- Pinterest was no 1 in Beauty Shopping & Fitness categories, generating 190% and 185% more sharing activity than the average .Both Facebook and Twitter saw decline in these verticals.
- Health content sharing across Facebook increased (+8%) which declined across twitter and Pinterest.
- Social sharing of news and science content on twitter showed a big rise (+21% and +17%) respectively whereas financial news sharing on twitter increased +21
- Twitter saw 152% growth in sports content and Pinterest saw 89% growth in shopping
