In a recent study by the IT jobs site Dice.com, it was found that Java developers are the most difficult IT professionals to find and hire.
The study was designed to find the IT positions most difficult to fill. Among Java developers, it was also found that .NET developers, mobile developers and Software developers were also a difficult find.
