New SAP CRM Fundamentals course launched

Firebrand has released a new ten-day accelerated SAP Certified Application Associate CRM Fundamentals certification. The new SAP course will help improve your SAP Customer Relationship Management.

To gain the SAP certification, you’ll need to pass the following exam:

• SAP® Certified Application Associate - CRM Fundamentals with SAP® CRM 7.0 Ehp1 (Code: C_TCRM20_71)

 The SAP® CRM certification will prove your understanding of SAP® CRM basics and navigation. You’ll learn about: master data, organisational and product management, transactional processing, sales and marketing, customer service, middleware setup and maintenance, billing, pricing, interaction channels and CRM reporting.

Once certified, you will become a SAP® Certified Application Associate in CRM Fundamentals with SAP® CRM 7.0. You'll be able to manage your company's SAP® CRM, and gain the skills and knowledge for roles such as: SAP® CRM consultant, project team member, analyst or trainer.
