The chart compares the 4  most used metrics by brand to measure and monitor their social media effortsamong the most common measured metrics are 1) web traffic 2) Active engagement  across their facebook brand pages, ( likes, shares, refer etc) and 3) increase their followers/ fans 
 During the survey, 47.3 percent of responding executives stated that they used web traffic as a KPI.
